Yoga Nidra, or Yogic sleep is an immensely powerful meditation technique and a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this technique the guide takes you through the Pancha Maya Kosha (five layers of self).
How to - As this is a sleep meditation, you can lie down in Savasana pose. Follow the voice and if you find yourself drifting allow your thoughts to come to the audio and pick up from that point onwards.
